In the Anhui Xinghe Power Equipment Workshop located in Chizhou City, the company is organizing young scientific researchers to conduct repeated verification of the vibration of the fairing and other projects for the first "Zhi Shenxing No.1" liquid carrier rocket. After subsequent large-scale experiments are fully verified, the first carrier rocket in China capable of vertical landing recovery—"Zhi Shenxing No.1"—will be ready for flight.

We have completed more than ten large-scale ground tests for this rocket, and we plan to meet the conditions for the first flight by the end of this year.

To open up new tracks for future industries, it is not only necessary for companies to have their own core technologies but also indispensable for the "strong support" of government departments. When Anhui Xinghe Power first settled in Chizhou, it participated in the second Anhui Entrepreneurship Competition and won the only gold award in the provincial final with the project "New Generation Low-Cost, High-Reliability Commercial Carrier Rocket." The local park has established a commercial aerospace high-end equipment manufacturing industry fund to help the company accelerate its industrialization.

Accompanying entrepreneurs on a long run, incubating high-quality projects, and allowing more people to take root in Anhui to start businesses. In the R&D center of Anhui Shuobai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the Taihe Baoxing Pharmaceutical Health Industrial Park, the person in charge, Luo Peng, is working on the technical攻关 of a national first-class new drug, which is expected to apply for market listing next year. Just a few years ago, Luo Peng's team, which came from Beijing to develop in Taihe, had nine first-class new drug projects but was troubled by the lack of a platform for transformation.

The first-class new drug project is actually a very bumpy process because from the beginning of research and development to a series of small trials and intermediate trials, and then to our clinical trials, it is actually very capital-intensive.

Recognizing the technical advantages of Luo Peng's team and the potential for chain supplementation after project implementation, Baoxing Pharmaceutical Health Industrial Park extended the "olive branch." In just a few years, Anhui Shuobai Pharmaceutical, where Luo Peng is located, has established two laboratory areas and three production lines.A new class of drugs has already seen four enter the clinical trial phase. With such favorable government policies and the platform providing us with so much support, it gives us even more confidence to take root in Anhui and start our business ventures.

In order to attract more drug researchers like Luo Peng to bring their achievements for transformation, the local government has adopted a public-private partnership model to jointly establish a special industrial guidance fund with a total scale of 20 billion yuan in the park. More than 20 high-quality projects have settled in the park, covering various links in the industrial chain such as research and development, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and sales.

Focusing on its characteristics, we match what it lacks. Through the collaboration between projects, we can also form a strong competitive advantage. It is expected that in the next three to five years, a production value scale of several hundred million will be formed.

Strengthen the construction of high-energy entrepreneurship incubation platforms to help entrepreneurs better integrate factor resources. The Wuhu Yijiang District Youth Entrepreneurship Park is a national-level entrepreneurship incubation demonstration base that the local government focuses on supporting and building. The park adopts market-oriented operations to provide SMEs with one-stop professional services such as entrepreneurship incubation, technology services, and intellectual property rights, to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

During our development process, we encountered talent recruitment, funding shortages, and site needs. The government and the park helped us solve these needs within two to three months, allowing us to quickly seize opportunities and achieve rapid growth.
